All investments are made in supported cryptocurrencies only. We do not guarantee profits or returns and all returns are subject to market conditions.

3. Account Registration and Security
To use most features, users must create an account and:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Verify identity as part of our KYC/AML compliance procedures.
Maintain the security of their login credentials.
Notify us immediately at hello@coinverge.tech if there’s unauthorized use of the account.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Investment Disclaimer
All crypto investments involve significant risk including possible loss of principal. You acknowledge and agree that:
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Coinverge does not offer financial, legal, or tax advice.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Returns are influenced by market volatility, protocol risks, smart contract bugs, and third-party integrations.
We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment advisor with the SEC or any U.S. regulatory body.

5. Fees and Payment
By using our platform, you agree to:
Pay applicable management fees, transaction fees, or performance-based commissions as displayed on your dashboard or investment page.
Allow automated deduction from your crypto wallet for services you authorize.
Review fees regularly, as we reserve the right to update them with prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Coinverge Investments to:
Violate any U.S., Florida state, or international law.
Commit fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation.
Interfere with platform operations or introduce malicious code.
Circumvent security measures or access others’ accounts.
Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized software integrations.
Violation of this section may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, AI tools, algorithms, trademarks, and interfaces on the Platform are the exclusive property of Coinverge Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any content or code
Use our branding or logo without written permission

8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
Modify or discontinue our services with or without notice
Retain records of terminated accounts for regulatory compliance

9. Third-Party Services
Our platform may interact with third-party wallets, exchanges, and tools (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet). Coinverge is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or policies of such third parties. Use them at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Coinverge Investments and its officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets.
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to use our platform within the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coinverge Technologies LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claim or demand resulting from:
Your use or misuse of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Any third-party disputes arising from your investment activities

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

13. Force Majeure
Coinverge shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, technical outages, government actions, or market collapses.

14. Amendments
We may modify these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance.
